Part of the Amber Resin Collection, this stool is crafted from reclaimed red cedar aged over 50 years, carefully arranged to highlight the natural variation of the timber. The cedar reveals warm reddish tones and distinctive linear grain, creating a structured and balanced visual rhythm.
The wood is set within high-hardness epoxy resin imported from Denmark, cast to form a seamless and durable structure. The resin is exceptionally clear and luminous, giving the piece a surface that appears bright, smooth, and full-bodied, while allowing the natural texture and colour of the cedar to remain visible beneath.
The contrast between the linear wood composition and the crystal-clear resin creates a refined, architectural character. Polished to a smooth finish, the piece reflects light gently, enhancing the warmth and depth of the reclaimed timber.
