Shipping policy
Where do you deliver?
For small and medium items, we currently deliver across mainland England, Wales and Scotland, as well as Northern Ireland. Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is not available at present.
For large furniture or homeware, deliveries are currently available only within the following counties:
Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London.
Please check that you are within these regions before placing an order. If you live outside these areas, please contact us first — we would be happy to provide delivery quotes separately.
How do you deliver?
Small items
We use Royal Mail or DPD to deliver small items, i.e., parcels under 60cm x 40cm x 40cm.
Medium items
Items such as chairs, stools and side tables are delivered depending on size and weight. We use DPD or APC Overnight.
Large furniture and homeware
Larger furniture and homeware items are delivered via our trusted White Glove delivery partner, offering careful handling and in-room placement. Delivery times for these items depend on your location and access requirements. For in-stock large items, delivery is typically 3-4 weeks.
Large deliveries are currently available only within the following counties:
Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London.
Delivery is charged as a flat rate, regardless of the number of items in the order. Depending on the size and weight of the items, delivery will be arranged using either:
One-man delivery – £50 flat rate
Two-man delivery – £80 flat rate
If you would prefer pallet delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to discuss the available options.
We kindly recommend checking doorways, stairways and access points in advance to ensure a smooth delivery. If an item cannot be accessed due to size restrictions, the item may need to be returned to our warehouse, and additional delivery charges may apply. If you have any concerns about access, sizing or delivery suitability, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order — we’re always happy to advise.
We’re unable to accept responsibility for specific courier instructions (e.g. leaving parcels with neighbours or in outbuildings). However, all our large pieces of furniture will be booked in with you before delivery to ensure that somebody will be home to receive it. For smaller items, you'll be sent a tracking link to select an option for where you'd like DPD to leave your parcel should you not be home.
Orders with a Mix of Small, Medium or Large items
If your order includes a combination of small, medium and large items, these may be dispatched together where possible.
However, items requiring one-man or two-man specialist delivery will be arranged separately from standard courier parcels and may arrive at different times.
Bespoke & Pre-Order Items
Delivery timeframes for bespoke or pre-order pieces vary, so please refer to the individual product pages for details.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll send them separately so you can enjoy the available items sooner. You will only be charged once for delivery.
Can I collect my order from you?
You’re also welcome to collect your order from our private showroom. Please note that collections are by prior arrangement only and must be confirmed by email in advance, as we need time to prepare and have your order ready for collection.
